Crewing Executive
(Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities:
- Assist Crewing Manager on the day to day activities for the fleet
- Assist Crewing Manager for any crew traveling for signing on or signing off
- Support Crewing Manager in managing the crewing department and to provide administrative support to the crewing department especially in training, invoicing, filing, traveling and other jobs
- Liase with Manning Agency for planning and placement of replacement crew
- Dealing with vessel Master for any issue involving crewing matters
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Degree in Maritime Industry of equivalent
- 2 to 3 years working experience in Crewing
- Computer literate
- Seafaring background or experience from similar position and have sufficient knowledge of crewing requirements
- Good knowledge of International Maritime Rules & Regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Firm and pleasant/ friendly personality
- Able to handle crew problems and grievances
- Able to handle stress and long working hours including on weekends from home as needed
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
