Chairman of VJG Air Cargo, Donates to Japan Earthquake Relief Appeal

Chairman of VJG Air Cargo, has donated the sum of JPY 158,000 towards the earthquake relief appeal through our membership of The American Chamber of Commerce Japan (ACCJ). The ACCJ is working on behalf of the U.S business community in Japan to ensure the relevant support and items are provided through the appropriate channels to meet the immediate needs on the ground there.

Regional Director PACRIM, Alan R. White, notes that "for a company such as VJG that operates on a global basis, its important to remember our commitment to the communities we serve in. I'd like to commend our colleagues in Japan who have shown tremendous resilience in what has been and still is a very traumatic experience for them. They have continued to show great support to our customers both externally and internally."

VJG is currently engaged in operating potential relief flight missions to Japan and will endeavor to support these requests as much as possible.
